Naturopathic visits are not covered by BC MSP. However, many extended health insurance plans cover naturopathic medicine. Check with your provider to confirm your coverage details.

How much does an appointment cost?

An initial consultation (75 minutes) is $250. Follow-up visits range from $60 for 15 minutes to $180 for 45 minutes. IV therapy pricing varies by treatment. We accept cash, credit card, and e-transfer.

Do you direct bill insurance?

We do not direct bill. You'll receive a detailed receipt after each visit that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Yes, telemedicine visits are available for follow-up appointments and certain consultations. This is especially convenient for patients who live off-island or have mobility challenges.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee, as that time is reserved specifically for you.

Do you do house calls?

Yes, house calls are available on Salt Spring Island for patients who are unable to travel to the clinic. Please contact us to arrange a home visit.
