Welcome to the Clinic
Everything you need to know before your first visit.
What to Expect
Your first visit is a 75-minute consultation.
This is your time to share your full health story. We'll go through your medical history, current concerns, lifestyle, and goals. I'll listen carefully, ask questions, and start connecting the dots.
By the end of the visit, you'll leave with a clear picture of what's going on, an initial treatment plan, and next steps — whether that's lab work, a follow-up, or starting a new protocol.
How to Prepare
Medications & Supplements
Bring a list of everything you're currently taking, including dosages.
Recent Lab Work
Any blood work, imaging, or test results from the past year.
Health Concerns
Write down your top concerns and questions so we cover everything.
Comfortable Clothing
Wear loose, comfortable clothes in case we do a physical exam or acupuncture.
Arrive 10 Minutes Early
This gives you time to settle in and fill out any intake paperwork.
